O 76.º Festival de Cinema de Cannes apresentou a sua Selecção Oficial para a edição de 2023 que acontece entre 16 e 17 de Maio. Este ano, o júri é presidido por Ruben Östlund (vencedor de duas Palmas De Ouro por O Quadrado e Triângulo da Tristeza).

O filme de abertura desta 76.ª edição do festival será Jeanne Du Barry, de Maiwenn, onde Johnny Depp interpreta Luís XV. Destaque ainda para a estreia da curta-metragem Strange Way of Life, de Pedro Almodóvar, com Ethan Hawke e Pedro Pascal, e para a presença do filme Crowra (The Burti Flower), do realizador português João Salaviza e Renée Nader Messora.
