A 74.ª edição do Festival de Cannes acontecerá entre 6 e 17 de Julho de 2021 e já se conhecem os filmes que compõem a selecção oficial.
Wes Anderson, Paul Verhoeven, Nadav Lapid, Sean Penn e Asghar Farhadi são alguns dos nomes confirmados na edição de 2021. Annette, de Leos Carax, é o filme de abertura.
Spike Lee volta a ser o Presidente do Júri, depois do cancelamento da edição de 2020, e a actriz Jodie Foster receberá a Palma de Ouro Honorária.
